Troy is the most honest, reliable, and professional service person I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I met him, I knew he was a very decent person and that I had made the right call. He has always been very clear about what he feels is the problem and what he will do to address it. He does so with incredible professionalism and care toward your home. Every time I have referred him to a friend they have thanked me and commented on how much they liked him. He’s really a great guy and someone you can trust.

Troy has helped us out a few times, the latest was repairing a shoddy job done by our general contractor. Troy took care of replacing a pipe that should have been done and resealed the toilet. No more leaks! He is kind, responsive and professional!

Troy Kearns has done two major plumbing jobs for me - installing a Leak Defense System, which requires special skills - and replacing our old water treatment system. He is thoughtful, helpful and a pleasure to work with. His work is very neat and his pricing is very fair, unlike some other plumbers I’ve used in the past. I’ve recommend Troy to all my friends and I wouldn’t use anyone else when I need a plumber in the future.

It is really quite wonderful to have a plumber you can truly rely on Who is not only talented but responsive and responsible. Troy shows up when he says, he charges a fair price, he does outstanding work, and makes me wish that all professionals have his kind of work ethic. Awesome job! Troy was excellent at diagnosing the problem and then he came up with what I would call a brilliant approach to fixing it that spared destruction to my bathroom. All of that and he was absolutely terrific to work with. Very kind, humble, super nice, smart, and customer oriented. A real gentleman, too. He is now my plumber for life! Heck, I would clone him if I could.

I phoned Troy in the morning about a main sewer problem and he was out within 2 hours! He is very service oriented and did a wonderful job. He had all the tools and equipment to resolve the problem and took his time to make sure it was done right. He is a very kind person and a great plumber!

We first had Troy at our home when we did a remodel to our bathroom. Our contractor told us Troy was his very best plumber! He did an excellent job then and has helped us for years with our five bathrooms and kitchen! Yesterday he helped clear our clogged kitchen sink! Troy is very knowledgeable and experienced!
